The group begins to uncover the dark history of the village, including the mysterious disappearance of a boy named Bernódus many years ago, and they realize that the ghost of the boy might be haunting the place.As the narratives progress, the connections between the city and village plots become clearer, revealing a web of tragedy, revenge, and the supernatural. Freyr's investigation and the group's experiences in the village converge in a chilling climax that ties the past to the present, providing answers to the mysteries haunting both the characters and the audience.
